Before coaching, my first career was ballet. I trained at one of the top 3 schools, performed across National Stages in the UK, danced in the US, and appeared in commercials and on magazines covers. I won international awards and performed my first principal role at Sadler’s Wells (one of London’s biggest stages) at only 15.
When chronic illness ended that path, I rebuilt myself again as a recognised music artist. I know what it takes to come back stronger. That same grit and clarity now fuel the work I do for others.

After gaining my BSc Psychology from a top 10 university, and working professionally with women as a wellbeing coach, I developed my own approach to success and created my business helping ambitious women to achieve their dreams.
